Amazing building
Impeccable location next to the train station. Great for visiting Cinque Terre, the city center, and other places

There was the lovely breakfast and we liked the location as well.
The staff was extremely helpful from arrival to departure. We got a room with a bidet. Coffee and tea/coffee were provided. The check in was early and the atmosphere was family throughout the hotel...

The breakfast was lovely for a hotel of this rating with juice, a cake, a pastry. All the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly, resolved my issues. The location was perfect and nice for walking around a fine - arts museum. It was located in a fantastic area very close to the train station a hundred meters away, and the Ferry about a kilometer away, and another restaurant nearly 500m away, a great place for me...

The hotel was very conveniently situated for the station.
The facilities are basic for the price paid. In fact, this is not actually a hotel, but a property with rooms for rent.

The location was marvellous for walking around an art museum. Stayed in king room which was perfect for me.
The staff was not very friendly.

The room with a king bed and 2 twin beds was impressive! It was just what I needed, and the location was spot on for me since it was super close to the train station 🚉.

I stayed 4 nights and the only staff member I saw was when I met her outside on the street and was taken into the building and signed in. As a solo traveller it was lonely and there was no one there to ask further questions. Information about the Cinque Terre was provided on pamphlets. Any questions and I could ring them on their mobile number. It was very noisy as my room faced the street and was the size of a shoe box but clean. No double glazing and outside was the parking area for lots of motorbikes and cars for the train station. This was due to building/road repair directly outside the train station. A busy road was also 200 metres away. Also I booked to be in Affittacamere Casa Dane but was put into Tre Fe. This is in the same building as Casa Dane alongwith other private apartments. Other tourists who booked at Casa Dane were put in a B&B across the road presumably managed by the same people whoever they are!

Getting out of the hotel, sorry but that is all I can say that is positive....
Very noisy, not suitable for 50 years or over as no assistance with carrying luggage up/down many stairs.Airconditioning not working on 30plus degree days.Breakfast is served several blocks down the street, which was just a croissant and coffee.Wi Fi not working in all rooms as advertised.

We liked the proximity to the train station, the cafes and the centre of the town.
Only that the toilet was not working properly for 2 of the 3 days we stayed there and that there were no english speaking TV chanels. No big worry though.

One croissant and a coffe they offer can not be called a breakfast. we couldn't use bicycles because they were all "stolen". And this two were the main reasons we chose affitacamere.

Enjoyed a peaceful night's rest in the spacious family room with great shower facilities, conveniently situated near a railway station, and surrounded by a wonderful area.
